Is your fuel flap hanging loose?

A common fault on Transits is that the fuel flap catch gets broken, resulting in a loose fuel flap, that flaps about whist you drive along.
With this Clip, you just cut or snap off whats left of the original clip arms, and fit a new, strong, nylon replacement clip in the remaining space.
It's a simple, 2 minute job. All you need is a screwdriver, a screw and a drill.

The Clip will fix 99% of broken catch problems.
Sometimes the diamond shaped part of the catch, on the fuel flap door is broken.
Our Clip won't fix that unfortunately.

INSTUCTIONS....

1. Snap off old clip arms.

2. Position the new clip between the "stumps" that are left.

3. Drill a small pilot hole in the middle of the hole in the new clip, into the fuel flap housing.

4. Screw the clip in place.

Saves you having to buy a new housing.

Saves you having to remove the old housing and replace it.
