Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

   The promoter is Bison Parts Ltd ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

   The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Bison Parts Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

3. Promotion Period

   The promotion runs from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025 (inclusive). Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

   One entry will be automatically submitted for each purchase made on www.bisonparts.co.uk during the promotion period.

   To enter without making a purchase, send your name and email address to Bison Parts Ltd, Unit 2 Brooklands Business Park, Leigh Street, Sheffield S9 2PR to arrive no later than 31 December 2025.

   Each person may enter multiple times, provided that each entry corresponds to a separate qualifying purchase.

5. Prizes

   Winners will receive one of the following prizes:

   • First prize is a discount of 10% off all online purchases for the first 6 months of 2026
   • 10 x runner up prizes of a 5% discount off online orders only for the first 6 months of 2026

   Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

   Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.

   Winners will be notified within 7 working days of the closing date via the contact details provided.

   If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. General Conditions

   The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

   The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

   The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

   The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or postal issues.

8. Publicity

   By entering, participants agree that Bison Parts Ltd may use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes, subject to obtaining the winner's consent where required by law.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
