In most cases, our products come protected by the manufacturer's 12 month warranty.

If goods which we have supplied are faulty due to defects in workmanship or material we will repair or replace them provided that:

  • they are returned to us within 10 days of their being identified as faulty and within 12 months of the original date of delivery to the customer
  • they have been correctly stored
  • they have not been altered
  • they have not been damaged while in your care

Warranty claims normally take about 2 weeks (but can take 8 weeks or more if we need to send them back to the manufacturer). If you need a replacement immediately, then you could buy another one and we'll refund the difference after the claim has been processed.
