Promoter

The promoter is Bison Parts Ltd ("the Promoter").

Eligibility

The social media promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Bison Parts Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Promotion Period

See the social media post for the dates of the promotion. Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

How to Enter

Only one entry per person will be accepted, according to the rules in the social media post.

Prizes

Winners will receive one of the stated prizes:

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.

Winners will be notified within 7 working days of the closing date via the contact details provided.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

General Conditions

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical issues.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Bison Parts Ltd may use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes, subject to obtaining the winner's consent where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
